Our standard opening hours are Wednesday to Saturday, 9.30am to 4.30pm.


Tickets
Our box office is open during normal opening hours (see above) and evenings when an event is taking place. You can also reserve tickets by telephone during these times on 01294 274059 or online, using our secure ticket system. Tickets will be emailed or you can collect them in person from the box office. Tickets can be posted on request (surcharge will apply).
The venue is a single-story building and accessible for all. It is fully equipped for wheelchair users with two prime viewing areas in the theatre (please book in advance). An induction loop is in place for hearing impaired visitors and we have accessible toilet facilities.

Directions
Travel by Public transport: The Harbour Arts Centre is situated on the picturesque Irvine Harbourside and easily accessible from Glasgow and throughout Ayrshire. Buses from Ayr/Ardrossan (585), Kilwinning (38), Kilmarnock/Crosshouse (21), Troon (14A) Glasgow and the Garnock Valley (X34) all have convenient stops nearby. Irvine Train Station is on the main Glasgow–Ayr line and trains depart every half hour. The HAC is a ten minute walk from the railway station
Drive from Glasgow M8: Follow signs for A77/Kilmarnock/Prestwick Airport then take the A71 towards Irvine. Follow the signs to the Harbourside and the Scottish Maritime Museum and drive to the far end of the harbour. You will notice ‘The Hac building’ on your right-hand side.
Drive from Ayr: Follow the A77/A78 north, continue on to Ayr Road/A737 and continue towards Irvine. Follow the signs to the Harbourside and the Scottish Maritime Museum and drive to the far end of the harbour. You will notice ‘The Hac building’ on your right-hand side. Free street parking is available close to the venue.
Food and drink
A bar/restaurant is located within the venue. Independently run Duncan’s offers a great selection of meals, snacks and drinks to enjoy before and after performances.
